Lamar Irwin is an experienced trainer, teacher and group leader. He has been doing trainings and leading groups in California, Colorado and Texas for more than 18 years. Lamar has created a ‘Fluid Framework’ approach in training effectiveness by synthesizing cutting edge and known multidisciplinary training methods. Depending on what each student requires to embrace the course and their individual goals, various training options are available including techniques from experiential education, feedback, spiritual and mind-body techniques. With his beginning in a small farm town in Southeast Texas he has continued to strive and evolve into a well-balanced and insightful guide. His drive and success are seen in the range of skills he has acquired through varied experiences. Also the value he places in education is obvious. Beginning with a Magna Cum Laude High School diploma he completed his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. With that he lived for 4½ years in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia doing computer data acquisition and analysis for Schlumberger International in the oil industry; living and traveling internationally was the fulfillment of a childhood vision. Recognizing a desire to become a teacher he has been gaining his ‘Spiritual degree’ for over 20 years and has learned and apprenticed with four major training organizations. In this diversity he learned to utilize several training methods and class scenarios to achieve course goals. Lamar also learned the fundamentals of Communication, Sales, Relationships (interpersonal and intra-business), Goal Setting and Creating, Focusing Direction through Vision and Mission setting, Feedback and Teamwork along with other fundamental life topics. Concurrently with this education he has worked in Corporate Technical Sales for Halliburton Energy Services, a Fortune 50 company, and as a Project Manager for a semiconductor-processing house. For the last 10 years he has built a computer consulting firm with a Vision of Simplifying the Technology experience; he has been assisting companies with their computer, network and website needs. By training with different organizations while working for small business and large corporations and then as an entrepreneur, Lamar has honed his experiences, observations and skills into a uniquely effective training system.
